McKINNEY, Texas (CN) - A customer claims a Terminix International termite inspector masturbated in front of her at her house, and when she complained, the branch manager assured her that Terminix workers passed "stringent background checks" and that Terminix would never hire a person "of questionable character or with any felonies". But she says the branch manager was a felon himself.
The plaintiff demands punitive damages for privacy invasion, negligence, and mental anguish. She is represented in Collin County Court by Mark Marshall of Brady, Texas.
