CHICAGO (CN) - A business claims it paid $45,600 to a ticket broker for Cubs tickets, and Donald McCauley dba Your Chicago Tickets didn't deliver them, saying he had been victimized by a ticket broker himself. But the plaintiff claims that less than a week after receiving that explanation, McCauley put many of the same tickets up for sale on eBay.
