MANHATTAN (CN) - Planet Toys' and CBS Broadcasting's "CSI Fingerprint Examination Kit-CSI Field Kit" toys contain toxic Tremolite, a form of asbestos, a class-action complaint claims in Federal Court. Lead plaintiff Jeffrey Morris says the fibers are contained in the white fingerprint powder and Planet Toys' claim that the toys are safe is false and deceptive.
