Crypto Ponzi settlement

PORTLAND, Ore. — Victims of the Rose City Ponzi Scheme, which defrauded about $50 million from hundreds of investors, convinced an Oregon federal court to approve a $90,000 settlement between the class of fraud victims and two of the five defendants involved in the scheme. The class intends to pursue much larger recoveries from the remaining three defendants.
