Cruise to nowhere

ATLANTA —The 11th Circuit revived a suit brought by would-be cruise ship passengers who say they were forced to travel to Galveston, Texas, and nearby areas as Hurricane Harvey approached and endured physical and emotional injuries because Royal Caribbean Cruises told passengers they would lose their payments for the cruise if they canceled within 14 days of the trip. The plaintiffs say the company only canceled the cruise and offered refunds on the day it was set to sail.
