MIAMI (CN) - NCL Bahamas plies its cruise-ship passengers with alcohol during onboard art auctions, and uses "fake bidding" to drive up the price, profiting by fraud in what has become a $200 million annual business, the Fine Art of Cruising claims in Miami-Dade County Court.
