Criminal cop

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — An appeals court in Missouri upheld the conviction of a Kansas City police officer for involuntary manslaughter and armed criminal action after he fatally shot an unarmed Black man at his home while backing up another officer. The evidence shows he was not acting in self-defense or defense of another officer. His very entry into the victim’s residence was unlawful as well.
