Credit Card Cases Dismissed

SACRAMENTO (CN) — A federal judge Tuesday dismissed without prejudice Trinity County (Calif.) District Attorney Eric Heryford’s consumer-protection lawsuits against major banks and credit-card companies, finding Heryford’s “failure to plead fraud with required particularity is glaring and obvious.”
