An appeals court in Texas upheld Blaine Boudreaux’s murder conviction for killing a homeless veteran in a hit-and-run crash and then killing a 6-year-old boy in another vehicle crash on the same day. Boudreaux, who was involved in four crashes in a single day, was sentenced to 80 years in prison.
