CPA Says He Was Fired for Doing His Job

NEWARK (CN) - A CPA and office manager claims Clearbrook Financial, of Princeton, fired him for insisting that the company had to file a Suspicious Activity Report with the SEC, because he believed employees were trading on inside information. John Swarts sued Clearbrook and its CEO John Morris in Federal Court.
