CPA Accused of Stealing from Clients

MANHATTAN (CN) - A Chappaqua CPA stole more than $223,000 from clients by having refunds sent to his house, forging signatures, and, in one case, telling a client that he got no refund because he "broke even" on taxes, federal prosecutors say. Randal Kase, 55, was arrested Monday, the U.S. Attorney's Office said.
