CINCINNATI — The Sixth Circuit denied a petition to hold an initial en banc hearing in consolidated cases arising from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s standard requiring companies with more than 100 employees to implement a mandatory vaccination policy or give employees the option to have regular Covid-19 tests and wear masks. The cases will instead be initially heard by a three-judge panel.
