Covid Closures

A U.S. magistrate judge recommended that the owner of the Gage Hotel, located in the tiny, far West Texas town of Marathon, be permitted to pursue his equal protection claim against a county official over the temporary closure of hotels, motels and short-term rental in response to the Covid-19 pandemic.
