SEATTLE — A federal court in Washington denied an injunction to Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and other plaintiffs in their case alleging Senator Elizabeth Warren violated their First Amendment rights when she wrote a letter to Amazon criticizing their book “The Truth About COVID-19: Exposing the Great Reset, Lockdowns, Vaccine Passports and the New Normal.”
