Covid-19 Orders

The New Mexico Supreme Court ruled that businesses cannot pursue claims for “just compensation” from the state for financial losses relating to the state’s Covid-19-related public health orders.

SANTA FE, N.M. — The New Mexico Supreme Court ruled that businesses cannot pursue claims for “just compensation” from the state for financial losses relating to the state’s Covid-19-related public health orders.
