Covid-19 Fraud

The SEC said Thursday it has charged Applied BioSciences Corp., Turbo Global Partners and Turbo CEO Robert W. Singerman for selling “supposed finger-prick COVID-19 tests to the general public” (BioSciences) and “thermal scanning equipment” (Turbo).

MANHATTAN — The SEC brought a federal complaint that accuses Applied BioSciences of selling “supposed finger-prick COVID-19 tests to the general public.” A related SEC complaint in Tampa, Florida, involves “thermal scanning equipment” sold by Turbo Global Partners.
