Covid-19 firing

OPELIKA, Ala. — A federal court in Alabama refused to dismiss a certified nursing assistant’s disability claim relating to her termination for failing to report to work on the 13th day of her 14-day Covid-19 isolation, while she was still suffering from symptoms.
