Covid-19 Detention Response

U.S. Immigration and Customs Officials must allow confidential conversations between detainees and attorneys at the Adelanto ICE Processing Center in California, a federal court in the state ruled. The plaintiff detainees argued the Covid-19 response at the facility violated their constitutional and statutory rights by obstructing communication with their attorneys.
