Covenant’s Too Restrictive, Man Says

SAN ANTONIO (CN) - Overreaching, anyone? Leonard Secrest, former manager for Brazos Logistics operations in Texas, Virginia, Tennessee and Iowa, claims his ex-boss threatened to "kill him" if he tried "in any way (to) compete" with Brazos, "in any geographic are in which Mr. Secrest had ever performed services for Defendant," and to sue any third party with whom Secrest did business. Secrest says that's a bit thick, in Bexar County Court. See complaint.
