COLUMBUS, Ohio - A court interpreter claims Franklin County Municipal Judge Harland Hale "sexually assaulted" her by grabbing her breasts at work, and that he sexually assaulted and harassed other women on the court staff. She did not sue Hale, but sued the Franklin County Municipal Court, the City of Columbus, and the city attorney and assistant city attorney, seeking punitive damages for a hostile workplace and retaliation.
