LeClair Ryan and Greenberg Traurig face a legal-malpractice complaint over sanctions that their client faced in litigation that later settled for $9 million.

CHICAGO – R.F. Technologies and its CEO claim in a complaint that they paid $9 million to settle with HM Electronics because negligence by the firms LeClair Ryan and Greenberg Traurig, as well as attorney Thomas O’Leary, led to sanctions.
