CAMDEN, N.J. – Businesses that buy the antifungal prescription cream econazole directly from generic drugmakers brought a federal class action, accusing Teligent, Perrigo and Taro Pharmaceutical of hiking up the price of the medication 539 percent in late 2014, violating antitrust laws.
