Court Upholds Convictions Of St. Louis Vote Buyers

CHICAGO (CN) - The 7th Circuit upheld the convictions of Charles Powell Jr., Jesse Lewis, Sheila Thomas and Kelvin Ellis for buying votes and conspiring to pay voters in East St. Louis in the 2004 federal election. See ruling.
