Court Overturns $160K Jury Award To Lesbians

DENVER (CN) - The 10th Circuit overturned a $160,000 jury award for two Wyoming school administrators on the basis that discrimination against homosexuals was not clearly unconstitutional in 2003, when the lesbian partners were passed over for administrative jobs in a Sheridan County school district.
