Court OK’s Take-Nothing Judgment In RICO Case

NEW ORLEANS (CN) - The 5th Circuit upheld a take-nothing judgment for former directors of Mauriceville National Bank in their racketeering lawsuit against the owners of a used car dealership, because a jury found the directors equally at fault for knowingly participating in a $41 million check-kiting scheme with the dealership.
