Court OK’s Exotic Dancer Ordinance In Kentucky

CINCINNATI (CN) - The 6th Circuit upheld an ordinance in Kenton County, Ky., barring exotic dancers from mingling with patrons for at least an hour after their performances. The ordinance does not violate the First Amendment, the court ruled, because it targets prostitution, while leaving the "quantity and accessibility of speech substantially in tact."
