OKLAHOMA CITY (CN) – A former drug court administrator is charged with concealing stolen court records for at least 13 participants in drug court.
A grand jury on Tuesday charged Angela Marie Marcum, 40, with one felony count of knowingly concealing embezzled property. She was coordinator for District 18 Drug Court Program for Pittsburg and McIntosh Counties.
Marcum hid the stolen records after she came under investigation and was indicted on charges of embezzlement of public money, embezzlement of public property and stealing or concealing public records, according to the indictment.
Another person allegedly helped Marcum conceal the records, but is not identified in the indictment.
If convicted, Marcum faces up to five years in state prison.
