CIVIL PROCEDURE, ATTORNEYS - The Court of Federal Claims found that a power company's lawyer violated the protective order over documents the government filed to defend itself in a lawsuit accusing it of improperly disposing of spent nuclear fuel. The company's lawyer improperly used his limited access to the documents tofind material for another case against the government, alleging similar claims. See ruling.
