Court Of Federal Claims

CONTRACT - The federal claims court dismissed a solicitation action where the plaintiff, the defendant and two other companies were in the running for a contract worth between $10 million and $703 million to provide linguist services to the U.S. Army. The contract was supposed to be awarded to a "small business," defined as making less than $6.5 million annually. The plaintiff lacks standing because it filed its complaint after having been stripped of its contract for being found to be a large business. See ruling.
