Court Nixes Class Action Over Escrow-Waiver Fee

ATLANTA (CN) - The 11th Circuit threw out a class action against Market Street Mortgage because borrowers accused the lender of charging an escrow-waiver fee without performing any services after the court had determined, "without equivocation," that some services had been rendered.
