Court Lets Flood Victims Amend Their Class Action

WASHINGTON (CN) - The U.S. Court of Federal Claims has allowed property and business owners in New Orleans to amend their class action against the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers over its allegedly shoddy construction of the Mississippi River Gulf Outlet that led to repeat flooding of the Lower Ninth Ward and New Orleans Parish.
