Court Backs Yahoo! On First Amendment Case

SAN JOSE, Calif. (CN) - A California appeals court held that Yahoo! does not have to reveal the identity of 10 pseudonymous posters who wrote scathing comments about officers of a Florida company on a financial message board hosted by Yahoo!. The posters have a First Amendment right to speak anonymously, the court ruled.
