CHICAGO (CN) - The 7th Circuit denied immunity to a police officer who arrested a nurse for refusing to let him serve process in the middle of the night on a patient in intensive care, ruling that a "reasonable officer would not have believed that he had grounds to arrest (Karen) Shipman, the only registered nurse on duty that night."
