Court Affirms Kentucky Strip-Club Regulations

CINCINNATI (CN) - The 6th Circuit has upheld most of a licensing ordinance regulating strip clubs in Kenton County, Ky. The ordinance's provisions bar semi-nude dancers from mingling with customers directly after their performances, require adult business owners to pay a $3,000 licensing fee and ban anyone from being mostly nude "anywhere but on stage."
