Couple Says Lenders Milked Them

VENTURA, CALIF. (CN) - US National Bank Association, Barklays Capital Real Estate dba HomeQ Servicing, attorney Yekta Azema, Azima Investments, Nicki Bahmani, Countrywide Home Loans, Millenium Loans, Quality Loan Service Corp., and John Spear defrauded homeowners who do not speak English by persuading them to refinance five times in four years, tripling their indebtedness, doubling their monthly payment, concealing necessary information all the while, and forcing them into foreclosure, the couple claims in Ventura County Court.
