Couple Say Ocwen Didn’t Take Their Money

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (CN) - Ocwen Loan Servicing put a Knoxville couple on the verge of foreclosure by refusing to accept their $41,000 check because it was allegedly $107 short, Arvin and Margaret Black claim in state court.

They seek a restraining order to prevent foreclosure on their property, along with $100,000 in actual damages and $1 million in punitive damages. The Blacks are represented by Stanley Roden of Knoxville.
