Counsel’s comments

PHOENIX — A federal court in Arizona ruled that attorneys for the widow of a man who was killed during an encounter with Mesa Police Department officers should be discouraged but not barred from commenting on the character of the parties involved in the underlying civil rights and wrongful death complaint. The plaintiff’s counsel Mark Geragos has a podcast in which he sometimes discusses the case.
