Costco Fails To Overturn State Liquor Regulations

SAN FRANCISCO (CN) - The 9th Circuit has largely reversed a ruling for Costco Wholesale Corp. in the discount retailer's ongoing efforts to overturn beer and wine distribution regulations in its home state of Washington.
