Correction

An item published in theNov. 30, 2007 issue of this page, under the headline "Federal Judge Lowers the Boom on Attorney," contained an incomplete description of that portion of U.S. District Judge Harold Baer Jr.'sNov. 29, 2007 opinion and order addressing attorney KristanPeters' representations and communicationsto the Court, her fellow lawyers at Dorsey & Whitney, and her client. The item should have stated that Judge Baerconcluded, onthe last page of his 129-page order,that"Ms. Peters misrepresented facts or was less than forthcoming regarding her actions to this Court, her fellow lawyers at Dorsey, and her own client." Courthouse News regrets the error, which has been corrected in the archived version of the Nov. 30th issue. Original report corrected
