CORRECTION

A Sept. 23 CNS story incorrectly reported that a federal class action in San Jose claims that Electronic Arts' "Spore" computer game contains an undisclosed program that wipes out the hard drive of users' computers. The complaint actually states that Spore contains an "uninstallable" and "undisclosed" program that "remains a fixture in their computer unless and until the consumer completely wipes their hard drive through reformatting or replacement of the drive." Courthouse News apologizes for the error.
