DETROIT – An Ohio man claims in a federal lawsuit that the rap group Insane Clown Posse and Joseph Bruce aka Violent J ripped off poetry from his piece “But You Didn’t” and used it in a song without permission.

The plaintiff is Stanley Gebhardt.
