The Energy Intelligence Group claims Citigroup Global Markets illegally distributed copies of its newsletter, "Oil Daily," in Manhattan Federal Court.
Time, Hearst and 20 other major media companies say in Manhattan Federal Court that these defendants are illegally posting their complete magazines on the Internet: Darren Andrew Budd, Salveo Ltd., Cybernet Communications, Switchworks Technologies, Hamidulla Ghumal Abbas, Yoav Schwartz, and Rick Ross. Ross allegedly owns Cybernet and Switchworks.
