Elsevier, Blackwell Publishing and Wiley Periodicals claim International Multimedia Group, Harmeet Uberoi, Natasha Uberoi and Tony Uberoi, all of Oyster Bay Cove, N.Y., defrauded them by copying, counterfeiting and selling their copyrighted and trademarked scientific journals, in Manhattan Federal Court.
