Cops Tasered Boy During Seizure, Mom Says

MARSHALL, Texas (CN) - Corinth police officers Tasered a boy 15 times as he suffered a grand mal epileptic seizure, then filed false charges against him to try to cover it up, his mom claims in Federal Court. She says the cops did this while three of her son's limbs were strapped to a gurney.

Blake Dwyer and his mom demand punitive damages for civil rights violations, negligence, false arrest, malicious prosecution and excessive force. They are represented by Michael Whitten of Denton.
