MACON, GA. (CN) - Macon police Det. William Enders sexually assaulted a woman after threatening to arrest and prosecute her and her family and have her child taken away unless she submitted, she claims in Federal Court.
"Detective Enders was ultimately arrested, charged with sexual assault on a person in custody, and is being prosecuted," the woman says.
She demands punitive damages from Enders and the City of Macon, for sexual assault, distress, lost income and constitutional violations. She is represented by Richard Taylor of Atlanta.
