NEWARK (CN) - The City of Newark and its top-ranking police officers illegally disciplined and tried to fire a 15-year patrol officer after issuing improper subpoenas that enabled them to discover that he was the one who had posted comments online at Newarkspeaks.com, on his own time, that criticized the department for incompetence and corruption, Louis Wohltman claims in Federal Court.
