Cop harassed cop across state lines

BOSTON — A male police officer won summary judgment against the female officer suing him for allegedly spreading lies about her. He was not acting in his official capacity when he obtained an abuse prevention order against the woman cop, who allegedly routinely harassed him after their dating relationship by calling him more than 500 times, driving eight hours to appear unannounced at his police department to leave him a note and assuming online identities to contact him and other officers he knew.
