Conviction upheld for clinic shooter

ST. PAUL, Minn. — The Minnesota Supreme Court upheld the conviction of Gregory Ulrich, who bombed and shot up a clinic in his suburban Minneapolis hometown of Buffalo, Minnesota, in 2021. He raised questions regarding juror bias and whether the prosecution proved that he intended to kill his victims, rather than just injure them; the record supports his conviction and there was no bias demonstrated.
