Convicted Officer Loses Appeal

Former Oklahoma City police officer Daniel Holtzclaw was properly convicted on multiple counts of sexual battery and rape, a criminal appeals court ruled. 

OKLAHOMA CITY – Former Oklahoma City police officer Daniel Holtzclaw was properly convicted on multiple counts of sexual battery and rape, a criminal appeals court ruled

 Victim's stories describe a pattern in which Holtzclaw would conduct a traffic stop or stop the victims while they were walking, then demand for the woman to show him their breasts or vaginas after asking them whether they had drugs or "anything on them." He inappropriately touched and also demanded sexual acts from some of the victims.
