Convicted Congressman

Former U.S. Congressman Steve Stockman was properly convicted on 23 counts of defrauding philanthropists and using their money for his own personal and political expenses, the Fifth Circuit ruled. The former U.S. representative from Texas was sentenced to 10 years in prison.
